Processing time

  • 3 to 5 business days
  • May be longer during peak periods

Delivery times

  • Quebec & Ontario: 3–5 business days
  • Other provinces: 7–15 business days

Shipping fees

Flat rate shipping applies, subject to change.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

  1. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Food products

Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, all food products are final sale, including:

  • syrups and slush bases
  • candies and sweets
  • any consumable items

Exceptions (within 48 hours of delivery):

  • defective product
  • damaged product
  • incorrect order

Non-food items

Returns accepted within 14 days if:

  • unused
  • in original packaging
  • in resalable condition

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged items

Refunds

  • Issued to original payment method
  • Processing time: 10–15 business days
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless our error)

Order cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
